Based in North Carolina, she understands the nuances of leadership in the life sciences as well as for-profit healthcare sectors and how interim and on-demand leaders can provide much-needed guidance for special projects, initiatives, or crises. She builds strong, lasting partnerships with client organizations in order to help gauge their immediate and long-range leadership needs. Connie brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role, having spent many years in interim and on-demand leader placement, consultant placement, and talent acquisition in various industries, including life sciences and digital health. Her prior roles include consultant placement and project staffing at Monitor Consulting Group (now part of Deloitte), at a leading on-demand consulting firm (focused on life sciences), head of strategic resourcing at the advisory firm GLG, and most recently as a principal at an executive search firm specializing in C-level placements for fintech, tech, and digital health organizations. Connie also brings direct operating experience as a former CFO/Controller. In her spare time, Connie enjoys early morning kick-boxing workouts to start off her day.
