Alexandra is a Principal within Acertitude’s Healthcare Practice, where she specializes in recruiting top-tier financial leadership, including CFOs, controllers, audit professionals, treasury, FP&A, and tax executives, primarily for private equity-backed organizations. Her extensive search experience spans across venture capital-backed startups, Fortune 500 companies, and small to mid-sized public and private enterprises, encompassing a wide array of industries. Prior to joining Acertitude, Alexandra spent five years at Heidrick & Struggles, most recently serving as an Engagement Manager in the Global Financial Officers Practice. In this capacity, she led searches for CFOs and other highlyspecialized finance roles with a particular emphasis on the healthcare sector. Alexandra also served as an EcoAmbassador, where she championed localenvironmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives. Additionally, she was chosen to participate in the firm’s Advancing Professionals of Color Development Program, designed to accelerate career growth and enhanceleadership skills. Alexandra began her career at Morgan Stanley, supporting the stock loan trading desk and Latin America desk as an associate. Alexandra is based in Philadelphia, where she enjoys exploring the city's coffee shops and farmers markets with her husband and their dog, Franklin. She enjoys culinary experimentation, ranging from baking sourdough to crafting new recipes.
