Alexandra is a partner at Acertitude. Working across Private Equity, Infrastructure, and Industrials, she serves leading investment firms as well as corporate entities in EMEA and North America.
Her focus centres on pivotal investor roles such as deal partner, operating partner, and investor relations executives, as well as c-suite officers and boards for portfolio companies and listed businesses alike. Alexandra’s expertise lies in steering clients through leadership changes that improve organizational performance, transform business operations, and foster growth.
Alexandra has over two decades of experience across executive search, investment banking, and strategy consulting, partnering with leading investors and Boards & CEOs. Her distinguished career includes key leadership roles, such as global co-head of private equity at Spencer Stuart and senior client partner at Korn Ferry. Alexandra has led numerous high-profile Chair, Board, and CEO searches for large cap, middle market, and emerging investors around the world.
Before cementing her career in executive search, Alexandra spent eight years in investment banking at Citi, working across industrials, infrastructure, and energy transition. She also spent five years at EY Consulting, covering the technology, media, and telecommunications sectors. Alexandra holds an undergraduate degree and an MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA and completed the Senior Executive Programme in Business at London Business School.
Alexandra lives in London and continues to spend much time in New York, Los Angeles, and Paris. She has fallen in love with the British country and seaside, and she and her family are often finding new places to explore. Alexandra is a keen paddles tennis player and an avid supporter of the arts, opera, and theatre in London.
