Alessandro is a consultant in the Milan office. He advises C-suite executives and senior investment professionals on leadership alignment, organizational transformation, and talent strategy, with a strong focus on clients in the private equity, industrial, and financial sectors. He brings over a decade of global experience in leading cross-functional teams and supporting transformational change. He partners with corporates, portfolio companies, large- and mid-cap funds, and family-owned businesses to recruit senior leaders, assess leadership capabilities and succession plans, and drive value creation. Known for his collaborative and pragmatic approach, he helps clients navigate complexity and deliver measurable impact. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Alessandro was a Principal at the Boston Consulting Group, where he focused on large-scale transformations across industries, leading engagements in strategy, people and organization, operational turnaround, and M&A. He also played a key role in mentoring and recruiting, and developed deep expertise in aligning executive teams and investors around strategic plans and execution, particularly within complex stakeholder environments and at critical inflection points. Alessandro combines the discipline of top-tier strategy consulting with an entrepreneurial background. He has lived and worked across Europe, North America, and Asia, and is passionate about building cultures of collaboration and high performance. Alessandro holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, and an M.Sc. in International Management from Bocconi University, completed as a CEMS dual degree with the University of Sydney Business School. He also earned a Bachelor of Business Administration cum laude, with valedictorian honors, from Bocconi University, including an exchange program at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver.
