Based in Zurich, Alan is a member of Russell Reynolds Associates’ Consumer sector. Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Alan was an Associate Partner at Bain & Company where he led projects internationally, acted as coach and mentor, and was part of the Swiss recruiting team. Focusing mainly on Consumer Products and Retail, he built a solid network and deep expertise in developing growth strategies, driving transformations and adapting operating models, together with his clients to generate lasting results. Alan holds a Bachelor in Materials Science and a Master in Management, Technology and Economics, both from ETH Zurich. As an all-rounder Swiss, he speaks fluent English, German, Italian and French.
