Akshay has been with EMA Partners for over 11 years as a part of their operations in India and subsequently Singapore. He focuses on delivering client solutions for EMA Partners’ Lifesciences, Consumer & Industrial Practice, and has been instrumental in growing the business in the ASEAN region. Through his time at EMA, he has specialised in C-level searches and leadership identification projects across Print & Packaging, Automotive, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Device, Digital Health, Consumer Electronics, Crop Sciences, Defence Systems, and Filtration Technologies among others. In addition to chief executive roles, he covers hiring for functional leadership positions in Supply Chain, Operations and Manufacturing in the markets of Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and Myanmar. Akshay is a Mechanical Engineer by qualification, he also holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management.
