Aiden is an attorney and a core member of Spencer Stuart’s Legal, Compliance & Government Affairs Practice, and co-leads initiatives for the practice in Canada. He leads general counsel, chief compliance and other senior-level legal and compliance assignments across multiple industries, including financial services, technology, consumer, industrial and other sectors. Former attorney with extensive legal and compliance expertise Aiden has led legal and compliance assignments for both Fortune 500 and other publicly traded clients, as well as venture- and private-equity backed clients across a broad spectrum of industries. Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Aiden practiced corporate and commercial law, with a specialization in pension matters, at Stikeman Elliott, an international law firm based in Toronto. He began his career with another Canadian law firm. Aiden earned his law degrees from McGill University and the University of Toronto, and his undergraduate degree in political science from Concordia University. He lives in Toronto with his wife and two children.
