Adriana has successfully conducted numerous senior management searches and leadership assessments for client companies across functional areas in the businesses of Industrial and Manufacturing, Energy and Natural Resources, Consumer, Retail and Services, Financial Services, Healthcare and Life Sciences, Technology and Communications, industry in all functions. Her clients range from multinational to family/privately-owned companies and start-ups. Before founding Dasein, Adriana developed her career as a specialist in the people management area on remarkable companies such as Andrade Gutierrez, one of the largest Brazilian construction companies, and Vale, one of the world’s biggest iron ore mining companies. Prior to joining EMA Partners, Adriana had distinguished herself in the Executive Search and Talent Management industry working as the Founder and CEO of Dasein Executive Search a company with outstanding performance in its segment. Dasein was founded in 1995 and is the only Brazilian company based in Minas Gerais that holds an AESC (Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants) international certification. As Dasein Executive Search’s President Adriana had distinguished herself in the Executive Search and Talent Management industry. Adriana holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Psychology, as well as an MBA degree in People Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. She is a certified Board Member by IBGC - Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance. She has got training in Business Psychodrama. She holds a certification in Executive Coaching by ICI - Integrated Coaching Institute. She is the only advisor in Brazil trained in the LBDNA – Leadership Behavior DNA system for assessment and executive coaching certified by Freedom Star in Atlanta. Furthermore, Adriana is a speaker and a lecturer with published articles on major Brazilian media and abroad. She is co-author of two books, Pontes do Psicodrama (Bridges of Psychodrama) and Vivência - Uma Aprendizagem Efetiva (Experience - Effective learning). Adriana has been for more than 10 years, a juror for the “Executivo de Valor - Value Executive" award offered by Jornal Valor Econômico, electing the 23 best President of companies in the country in 23 sectors of the economy.
