Global brand expert with HR education and background Before joining Spencer Stuart, Adeline was a partner and consultant for a Paris-based boutique global advisory firm, where she developed the consumer, luxury goods and retail practice. Previously, Adeline was a senior research consultant for a global executive search firm. Adeline began her career at Lever Industrial, where she worked as the head of studies. She later launched and managed a contemporary art gallery in Paris. Adeline is a graduate of Paris IX Dauphine University, where she earned a master’s degree in management sciences and a DESS in human resources.
