Adam Parker is a Principal at JM Search and a member of the Firm’s Consumer Practice where he specializes in recruiting transformational executives for growth-oriented consumer products companies. Adam has significant experience placing top talent in senior leadership positions across functions including sales, marketing, product development, finance, technology, supply chain, and operations. He prides himself on being a true partner to his clients, based on a deep understanding of their business models, markets, competitors, and key strategic issues. Prior to JM Search, Adam spent eight years in the Boston office of Stanton Chase, a global executive search and leadership consultancy where he led search engagements in the Consumer, Industrial, and Financial Services/FinTech verticals. He served for four years as the firm’s North American Regional Practice Leader for Consumer Products and Services and was also a member of the Digital Strategy Committee. Adam began his career in Management Consulting, where he accrued more than a decade of experience advising the leadership teams of leading firms on issues of growth and innovation. Adam is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Dartmouth College, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree with a double-major in Economics and Philosophy. Originally from northeastern Pennsylvania, Adam now resides in the Boston area with his wife and son. In his free time, Adam enjoys cooking, skiing, fishing, sailing, and music.
