Adam has an impeccable track record in advising the leadership of many of the world’s leading financial institutions on strategy and execution of human capital and talent initiatives. His focus has been on all aspects of the investment banking suite for global and regional investment banks, boutique advisory firms and private equity firms. Adam has led senior-level search mandates, including individual target hires and team build outs and has successfully led and executed several consulting projects focused on competitor intelligence and overall market analysis. Adam also provides competitive intelligence management scans, management and cultural assessments with the Sheffield Haworth assessment team, benchmarking and succession planning, market sentiment analysis, and compensation analytics and advisory. Adam has led a process-driven, research-intensive methodology which truly differentiates Sheffield Haworth from the competition. Previously, Adam was at Options Group where he was a Managing Partner. He re-joined the Options Group in 2016 following its acquisition of Broadstreet Global, a firm he founded in 2009. Over his twenty-five years’ of experience in international executive search, Adam has completed a wide range search and strategic assignments for financial services clients . Adam previously served the Board of Epilepsy Action Australia for two years as Non-Executive Director.
