The client is seeking an Account Manager (m/f/d) to take on a technical sales role in Bayern and Baden-W�rttemberg. Responsibilities include ensuring ambitious sales and margin goals within the designated sales territory, proactively acquiring new customers and maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers, particularly OEMs and industrial clients. The Account Manager will also identify new applications for the client's products, manage larger customer projects, deepen business relationships, conduct customer training when necessary, and report directly to the managing director.
The ideal candidate will have a background in sales of technical products or solutions, preferably in areas such as hydraulics, fluid technology, fittings, pipe connections, or pneumatics. Strong communication skills and customer orientation are essential, as well as the ability to work with stakeholders at different levels. The Account Manager should be self-organized, entrepreneurial, and capable of leading customer conversations to successful outcomes. Travel readiness and proficiency in common IT tools are also required.
